As developers, many of us, at one time or another, take on the role of designer. When doing so, getting our customer to finalize and agree on a design and then stick with their decision can turn into a frustrating process. Paul Boag, one of my favorite designers, has some good insight on this in his presentation, "Educating Clients to Say Yes".
